Lagos Life Login Help & Troubleshooting
Fixes for the most common sign-in problems with the official game at lagoslife.app. This site is an independent fan guide: we cannot see, reset or modify any account or balance, and we will never ask for your password. For anything only the developer can fix, use the official channels listed below.
"Login failed" or wrong-password errors
- Re-check the password — the game requires the exact username and password you registered with.
- If you added an optional email to your account, use the password-reset flow so the game can send you a reset link.
- Still stuck? The official terms let the developer close accounts that break the rules (section 7); if you think that happened, contact them through the official channel below.
The page loads forever
- Hard refresh with Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R — this reloads the game past a stale cached copy.
- If it still hangs, clear site data for lagoslife.app in your browser settings. The game keeps your progress server-side against your account; you will simply log in again afterwards.
- Try a different browser or a private window to rule out an extension blocking the game.
Buttons are greyed out or do nothing
- Your session may have expired: refresh the page and sign in again.
- Some actions unlock as you play (for example jobs gated behind skills) — a disabled button can be the game telling you a requirement is missing, not a bug.
Official support channels
Checked against the official terms and privacy policy on 2026-10-19:
- Account & data requests (see, correct, download or delete your data): message @shallyr inside the game, as stated in the official privacy policy.
- Payment problems (charged but no naira arrived, double charge): the official terms, section 3, say the developer will fix or refund these — contact them in-game. Payments are processed by their provider, Bachs; the game itself never sees card details.
- Account deletion: you can ask for this at any time under section 7 of the terms, via the same in-game channel.
We deliberately do not collect account names, emails or screenshots with personal details on this site. Pages here never need your password.
