Password resets run through the in-game reset flow (an email on the account receives the link). For anything only the developer can do — account recovery, data export, deletion — the official privacy policy names the channel: message @shallyr inside the game.

Recovery routes, in order
- Self-serve reset. If an email is attached to the account, the game's password-reset flow sends a link to it. No email on file means this route is unavailable.
- Owner verification. The game's own systems record events like "owner questions asked" and "owner check passed" — the developer can verify an account's owner before helping. This happens in-game via their support channel.
- Official channel: @shallyr. The privacy policy says data requests — see, correct, download or delete your data — go to this in-game contact. The terms (section 7) also let you ask for account deletion at any time.
What we will never do
LagosLifeGuide cannot see, reset, recover or delete any account, and no page on this site will ever ask for your game password. Anyone claiming otherwise — in a comment, a DM or a look-alike site — is not us.
